As part of my journey of self-love and care, I thought it would be good to make videos of myself that are a bit stripped down and less produced because I feel like we all hide behind filters and edits sometimes. Congrats on finding things that work for you re: mindfulness and anxiety! I really liked how your video focused on nature and wasn’t flooded with background music.
